The Flathead is fast for a sit on top kayak and paddles nearly as fast as a small sea kayak. The sleek design and extra length makes it glide through the water.
Features includes the FOUR flush-mounted rod holders, the swivel rod holder in the middle, the built in foot controlled rudder system which allows you to steer the kayak in windy conditions and strong currants (which can be a challenge in a kayak that does not have a rudder).
The Flathead is also suitable for spear fishing. The low profile allows it to be very stable and therefore easy to board your kayak from the water.
